• costs associated with a tenant breaking their lease.

We offer several solutions for dealing with both regular maintenance and any necessary repairs of your property :

• we can use your preferred tradesmen ;
• we can use tradesmen from our own recommended list who are readily available at short notice in the event of urgency ;
• we can contact you regarding each repair for you to decide the action to be taken.

This work is managed by Arcad’ Immo thanks to the received rental income, you will be sent a management report and associated invoices quarterly.

In addition, each year we send you a pre-filled tax return detailing your rental income.
